Following a complaint submitted by the Centre on Housing Rights and Evictions (COHRE) on behalf of residents at Boeng Kak the World Bank Inspection panel is to proceed with an investigation into titling irregularities by the LMAP project. The World Bank has acknowledged serious reservations about the situation at Boeung Kak although this seems not to have concerned partners in Germany, Finland and Canada who appear set to continue funding support for the Land Ministry.
